I had booked a zoomcar on 31/03/2019 for 09:30 pm and i was charged 5386 for the same which i paid through my debit card, and then they were unable to verify my driving license on time due to which I had to cancel the booking and i was promised a full refund of 5386 and by 16/04/2019, being the last date of refund, and i tried calling their customer care which is never reachable, also they are not replying to my mails and still haven’t provided me with my refund.
