My car DL5CP2551 went on booking on 26th December 10am booking id JPSNCKCYG and the Guest (Hitesh) was arrested by Dhanera Gujrat police FIR No: 11195018220771 on 28th December in liquor case As he was carrying illegal liquor in car and i have raised multiple complaints on zoomcar ticket id : 1609386 but till today as on 16th jan 2023 i have never received even a single response from zoomcar team Gujarat police reached to me for investigation in this case. Whenever i call to customer care they misbehave and don’t talk in proper manner and not even taken a single step in order to resolve our issue. Car is still in police custody.
