I have booked the car on 14th, May 2022 for 1day. However ther is no car provided to me on time. I have immediately called to customer service they even could provide me the car to my location. I asked to cancel the car booking and get me the refund. The customer service guy who spoke to me on 14th may, 2022 night said the booking got cancelled and i will surely get the refund with additional compensation. But later day the car booking started and closed automatically saying you booking was completed.
