I had booked a zoomcar for 3 days for 19000 rs. I had to later cancel the booking due to some personal reason. I contacted customer care and they informed me 200 rs would be deducted. I was okay with that. I then cancelled my booking before 15 days from my trip start date.
Now it has been more than 40 days and i still havent received my refund of 18800 rs.
