I have booked a car in Zoom first time in life via zoom car Mobile application My ID JPS6NTNIE
Below are the booking detail received via SMS.
Booking Confirmed: We will share your exact pickup location and vehicle number 4 hours before your booking starts. Booking (id: JPS6NTNIE) for Mahindra Scorpio from 09:00 PM, 14 Nov to 04:00 PM, 17 Nov at Sion is confirmed.
But due to Medical emergency in Family had to cancel the booking on 13th November 2020.
I had paid Rs.11344 via Netbanking from my HDFC bank account.
Zoomcar application calculated the cancellation charges of Rs.4173
So the balance refund 11344 – 4173 = 7171
The balance refund of Rs. 7171 was supposed to be refunded within 30 days of cancellation but almost 39 days passed no refund is initiated .
Have sent multiple emails via Zoom app itself but no one is responding and their customer support numbers are useless
