This complaint is against Zoomcar , I listed my car on the Zoomcar as a host.
I got a booking and guest took out my car but returned it with damage.
Zoomcar needs to bare all the cost of repair as per the policy as it got damaged during booking but I didn’t received any response from them after ticket creation and also after lot of follow ups.
I tried to connect with the garage also with which zoomcar has tie up but they are not getting it repaired saying that they didn’t received any approval from zoomcar.
Need to get my car repaired from zoomcar asap also the earnings I missed due to that.
