I had booked zoom car on 30th sep,2022. On that day water had entered into the car key remote unfortunately and the remote was damaged. I tried calling to zoom car customer care but it took 1 hour to connect the call for them. I have explained my situation to them and they told me to get repaired in any nearby shops.Luckily i know the owners contact number and he reached the point and checked the car. He called zoom car repair team and then the action was taken. For this, the zoom car had charged me Rs10,000 as inconvenience fee.
