Hi,
I have booked a zoom car on 31st August 2020 but zoom car has cancelled the booking as the car wasn’t available. They told me that it will be refunded but still i haven’t received. Refund amount Rs. 3068. Booking ID: JPS6NA7GQ
They told me to book another car on the same day which I have done. Booking ID: JPS6NA7VE but in that booking as well i need to get some refund as i have given advance payment. Refund amount Rs. 1582
I have contacted them several times in these 4 months, everytime they keep on saying that it will be credited in 7 days but nothing happened. It’s been 4 months now and they don’t even respond to the emails. I can’t contact them now and I’m helpless. Please help me by geeting the refunds from them. PLease help me.
