I have booked zoom car on mar 21st morning & we reached the place we cant able to get the key so I called customer care and cancelled the booking they told me that within 10days you will get refund but I didn’t get amount back so after 15 days I called customer care they told me that now only you cancelling the booking so within 3 days you will get refund but still now I didn’t get my refund when I call to customer care nobody responding properly in want my money back immediately
Please help me
