In relation to my booking ID JPS6NTTBT, I had to cancel my booking a week prior to the trip on 22nd Nov.
Reason being- Technical difficulties, which we all understand the real nature of it. I was offered a different smaller vehicle size against my original booking. I was told that my refund should be credited back in a month’s time.
Current status:
a. It has been more than a month and to my surprise no credit has been given. In the app, it shows refund pending. No clue what is the timeline.
b. I tried calling multiple time to your customer no’s, looks like none of them are in operation.
c. I have also put in the request in the App – 2 times, NO response or action yet.
It is real harassment, as the last min cancellation of vehicle resulted into change of all my plans.
