Text of Complaint by Rajarshi Roy:

I had a booking done (booking id JPS6N4S88) in zoom car on 22nd Nov 2020 but had to cancel the booking due to issue with the vehicle provided as soon as it was delivered.

The customer care guy from Bangalore head office told me that the refund amount will be processed within 30 days. The refund policy in zoom car website also confirms the same. However, it’s been 2 months and the refund is yet to be processed. The refund amount is 3569/-
