I booked car on 4th December and there was no confirmation from company. So I booked again.later I get the message that my car was booked in original transaction and my second booking was cancelled by Zoom guys.furious enough I cancelled all bookings. It’s over 27 days passed but no sight of refund and strangely that the app or calls don’t recognize the number from which I made bookings. No revert to numerous mails on their app and website.
