On Zoom Car Host I have listed my grandi10 car on 3rd march 2023 I have got the booking with ID JPSNCHNZP.
A person named Rishabh came to home to get the car with this id. he used according to the details of Booking ID.
but I did not get any payout of this booking.
I tried many times using Help and Support of Zoom Car Host app raised complaints. Every time got the message that it will be solved in next 48 hours but it 12 days gone still no reply from the company.
I got the number in help support that you can contact on 08068972200 to raise your complaint. when I called on this number this says contact help and support using chat.
its become like they are just computer generated msgs only they are not responding at all.
I talked to the person who used my car. he said I have paid to the company and he sent the screenshot of payment to the company.
I din’t get any penny from that.
the company’s app is totally bakwas and felt unsecured with this company.
they are not responding at all.
