Text of Complaint by R V M RAMA NARASIMHAM:

I have booked zoom car on jan 4th for morning 5 AM and after reaching the pick up point car was not available and after waiting for long time they assigned another which was not in proper condition. I have waited till 7:30 AM on 4th Jan and re booked another car for 9 AM and again the issue was same after reaching the pick up point car was not available. I spoke to customer care and booked another car which was 5 KMS away from pick up location. And the provided car was not in good condition. i have filled the petrol of 1000rs and returned back the brake down car. Now again they asssigned me another car of 8 KMS away. i have completed all the checks and completed my trip and dropped the car in good condition. After the Full and Final settlement also zoom car harassing me for extra bill.
