Text of Complaint by A.Santosh kumar:

We booked zoom car, kwid for 10th June,2022 for 11 am at Visakhapatnam Railway station.The car was already parked when we reached there, but the car is very dirty both inside and out and it is just back from a very long road trip. We called help desk for a replacement car and after an hour or so and after multiple calls to the customer care they assigned new car which is in srihari puram, 2 hours journey from Railway station and out of our way and they asked us to pick it up from location. We requested for a drop at either Railway station and was willing to wait or to our home at Madhurawada and meanwhile we would take a cab to madhurawada. They kept on refusing and said either we pick it up ourself or we should cancel our booking. 6 caller center professionals spoke to us and we waited in sun on road with a kid and luggage for almost 3 hours spending the entire time on phone explaining the problem again and again. They kept on disconnecting our call and we had to dial in again.
