Car was booked on 21/9/2020 and returned on the same day but still the refund has not been initiated or anybody from the customer service has responded or any of the mails are reaching them .. this is being very stressful . I have used the zoom car earlier but this is the first time I’m facing this kind of issue .. do get into these matters.
