I had booked a zoom car on 27th Feb 2022 at 6.pm in Goa but no one came to deliver that car.
I tried customer care number but no one respond me. Atlast I paid 3500 INR to book a cab in Goa. Now my money is stuck with zoom car. I have paid 5524 INR including security and lot of inconvience caused to me that day. Their bogus app still saying that booking as upcoming booking. Please help me to get my money back.
