Dear sir/madam,
I have booked Zoom car on 21Dec 2020 and next day I have cancelled my booking due to some reason and I got confirmation that as per policy 200 would be cancellation charged and remaining amount will be refund but that amount is 4637 which have not been refunded till now and I called to customer care they said that amount will be refund with 30 working days.
Again I have booked zoom car on 4 Jan for 4days and paid 7325 and that booking cencelled by zoom card due to technical issue that amount also still pending
Please do the needful and m not getting proper response from zoom car
Pls look into the matter.
