I am using zoom Broadband internet connection. They suddenly disconnected my internet connection on 4 Th August 2022 and even after repeated calls they Zoom Broadband has not restored the connection. I have already prepaid the connection charges till 22nd August 2022.They have not returned the money or restored the internet connection. They have also stopped replying to my what’s up messages. I have pre Paid Rs. 480 rupees on July 21, 2022 for internet connection till August 22. Please look into the complaint and ask zoom Broadband to return my money.
