Text of Complaint by Bhupinder Singh:

Too much bitter Zomato experience. Yesterday on dated 09-06-2019 in the presence of my very important guests, I place order No: #1047521985 through Zomato app and paid advance payment. I continuously followed up my order and finally after 45 minutes it showed that your order is delivered.

When I called Zomato Delivery boy Mr Tarjinder Singh on his mobile no (097798 79709) , he told me that Samosa Express shop is closed from last 20 days. It was so much embarrassing situation in front of my important guests that I could not explain.

PAYMENT DONE BUT NO FOOD DELIVERY. VERY HOPELESS ZOMATO SERVICE. I IMMEDIATELY COMPLAINT TO ZOMATO BUT NO REPLY FROM ZOMATO.

ZOMATO IS NOT LISTENING HENCE I COME TO CONSUMER COURT FOR JUSTICE.
