on 24.7.21 around 7.45 pm, just before the nuts and spices in shanthi colony main road a delivery person of zomato talking on the phone and riding the bike carelessly came from the left and hit my car ruthlessly. When I said to ride carefully he abused me very badly “nee parthu poda”. I got out from my vehicle and stopped him and talking how carelessly he was driving, he suddenly hit me on the head. I just fell down because of sudden giddiness. He further said :are you drunk and driving, ennada kudichittu car otturiya.
On that night I developed still fainting I was taken to KMC hospital by my son where they took CT scan but fortunately nothing serious. But bruises on my hand and face took much time to heal after treatment.
The police complaint (from the hospital) as it was an accident returns as the person was untraceable.
I cannot do anything other than this complaint.
Please instruct these persons some good advice to follow
