I did an order at around 9pm ,after much delays it got cancelled.Did an order again and got a call from restaurant saying food is ready , but delivery staff not reachedraised n issue at chat as well and no response for half n hour.Zomato customer care numbers dnt work too apart from one.Shall raise the issue to food safety commission and customers court too.
ps:I still don’t have an update on last order from last 1 and half hours.Too bad, I am left without food and going to bed as I have to do a Morning 6 shift at work tomorrow
