Text of Complaint by Ashish Moon:

I Booked Ticket from Amravti to Aurangabad traveling date 29.05.2022. Confirmation Message also received for the same.
But after few hrs. message comes as modification in seat no. From LD3 to LD 15 without my concern.
As LD 15 seat is last seat, Im not comfortable with last seat. I always prefer single and first seat
How operator could change my seat without my confirmation. When I search for complain, no number has been assigned and came to know that only chat support is available. I also asked for Refund my booking amount, company told that only 25% will refund.
This is pure harassment.
