Text of Complaint by Udaybhanu Sanyal:

I have a Zeta Super card issued under RBL bank with Mastercard carrier.

The Zeta Super card had only min KYC done and because of this I was not able to utilize some of the funds in this card. I contacted the Zeta KYC via email (kyc@zeta.in). They asked me to courier the KYC documents (just imagine). Even in this pandemic situation, I went ahead and arranged a courier facility to deliver the KYC documents. I mailed the courier on the 26th of Feb, 2021. It reached the destination on 4th March, 2021.

After around 10 days, when I saw that the min KYC status did not change in the app, I again contacted them via email. The employee KALPANA RAJGOR asked me about the AWB and order number of the courier. This is after I contacted them. I gave the details. Again no reply from their end. She again forwarded the same email which she had sent me earlier stating the different documents which I had to courier them along with the address. I got really angry this time. The courier is in their office and they are asking me to send the KYC documents again.

I wrote a long angry email and they apologized and assured that they will look into the matter. But till date, they haven’t reverted. I sent another follow up mail and this time the mail couldn’t be delivered as there was some mail server issue in their system.

I now contacted their call center which was not available because of the pandemic situation (what an irony! and they ask customer to courier KYC documents). I got another mail id (support@zeta.in) to lodge the complaint. I did so and it has been 2 days but there hasn’t been any reply.

It is just my request to Zeta that please stop harassing me any more and complete the KYC process asap.
