1. I had borrowed a loan for fee payment for my MBA degree program from Upgrad in the month of March 2022.
2. The zest money has collaboration with my institute, so it is the only way to get education loan. No other banks and methods allowed.
3. Zest committed that they provide loan with 0% interest. However they debit monthly emi with interest and then refund the interest as cashback in every month.
4. Last month (Feb 2023 ) the emi was not debited on due date (within 15 days of payment of every month)
5. I reched out to them and raised a concern, they assured me that I will get my interest cashback ASAP.
6. Its been more than a month now i hadn’t received any cashback, neither for the month of February nor for the month of March. I wrote the issue to their helpdesk (help@zestmoney.com).
7. They asked me to wait for 10 days, and gave assurance that i will receive cashback in 10 days.
8. After 10 days also I haven’t received cashback I wrote them again. I just keep on mailing them regarding my cashback and they have stopped replying to my mails.
9.They are just giving false commitments.
Kindly look into the matter.
