I placed an order of a Fastrack Fastfit watch with dark blue dial and leather strap on 14/02/2023 nearing order no 9040020. IN THE PAYMENT SECTION I CHOSE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER IN EMI THROUGH ZEST MONEY PLATFORM AND MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED. BUT I CHANGED MY MIND AND I CANCELLED THE ORDER ON 15/02/2023. IN THE ORDER SECTION OF MY ACCOUNT IN FASTRACK SITE THE ORDER IS SHOWING CANCELLED BUT IN ZEST MONEY PLATFORM THE REFUND WAS NOT DONE TILL DATE. And all the three EMIs debited from my account.
For your reference, mentioning the loan id 62240CY93K23 and loan id 386CYF0C896L, merchant name- Titan watches and loan amount- 3800 each respectively.
I contacted zestmoney customer care service several times through email and phone, everytime I get the assurance to make the refund but till date I have not received the refund amount.
This is a huge amount of money.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and help me refund the amount as soon as possible.
