On 5th July 2022, I have taken loan from Zest Money. Which they gave loan from Northern Arc Capital Limited. I have closed the loan ( Loan ID – 4966O3D8FCE6) which is paid the last installment in Dec 2023. But, on my CIBIL Report it showing active. Over the past 3 months I have been following with zest money their support team only say one thing “Your issue will be resolved shortly. Please wait for few days.” Which is copy paste speech for each and every person. I really feel pathetic and feel harassed by constantly taking update from them.
Please look into my issue. I lost hope that this issue will be resolved. Pathetic customer service.
