I have taken a loan for my MBA from ZestMoney. It is no interest loan wherein they return the interest charged with 10 business days.
Now for the month of March’23 they have not given the interest cashback yet.
They do not have a customer care number where we can directly connect with them.
They just have a chat window and they put you with a waiting list of more than 100. I wait for the entire day also my turn doesn’t come.
They are very arrogant and they just give one scripted answer.
Please help.
