i have applied for no cost emi while buying mi tv
emi was 3712 on which the intrest charged was to be received back as cashback but i didn’t received
i paid the emi on 2nd feb 2023 and now its been 1 month and 10 days but still the promised money is still not credited and i have also paid the march’s emi of 3712and 3437(new phone emi)
both the emi’s are no cost emi and money is promised to received backa as cashback but the both february and march’s cashback have not been received
However i have been talking to the customer support for a month now but they keep on saying for wait for few days which is very irresponsible of them
i request you to take a strict action so that they can do their work responsibly and credit my cashback of february and march emi’s
my cashback amount of February is inr. 456 and march’s cashback of emi are inr.385 and inr.524
amount of both loans is 26999 amd 24999 respectively
