I have purchased a subscription of APNA_TIME_SUB for RS. 8000. Loan ID -B426040D4180. But due to some reason the loan got cancelled on 26th of May, 2023 and the money has been refunded to Zest Money Team. So I called Zest Money customer service to know the status and they told me to wait for 7-10 business days and it’s been more than a month I haven’t got the refund yet, every time I call their customer service, they tell me wait for another 7-10 days and it’s still under process. When I look up for this on Google, I hve found multiple no of cases like these. They are scamming people and paying their refund money. No wonder their play store rating is poor.
I just want to get my money back and delete the app for ever. This has been a pathetic experience using Zest Money.
