Made two bookings on yathra.com using zest money on 2nd may 2022. Both the payment failed but money deducted from credit card. They have opened loan accounts for these transactions. Later one of the payment was refunded after numerous complaint raised in zest money. But still one transaction issue is not resolved and the loan account is not closed yet. The same is affecting my credit rating and also zest money is spamming my phone regarding non payment of the mentioned loan. Issue is pending resolution for more than 50 days.
