I had taken a loam of 8699 to purchase a waterpurifier. I have been paying my emi of 831 timely.
However recently when I checked my credit score I found a duplicate loan from zest. That shows I never paid emi on. This hit my credit score.
Zest apparently took another loan from piramal on my name and never paid them.
I emailed them multiple times no more response from them they keep asking to wait even after months
