I had interest free loan with zest money where I receive interest charged as cashback.
My loan was closed on April but I have not received cashback for March and April month.
I have followed up with customer care on mail as well as phone but not got any concrete response, they kept on delaying things and now it’s been more than 90 days I have not received any cashback.
