I have taken a zero interest emi for buying my phone from Happi mobiles, Hyderabad. The cost of the phone was INR 45999, and i was charged 50000 rupees and told that i will get the refund after paying. Till this date i couldn’t see any refund amount credited to my account. As you know I am a valuable regular customer of zest but here I felt like being looted. Once i was charged for late payment fee where i have already paid on time before it get auto deducted. The customer support team of yours are always busy and had to wait hours to connect with them but still couldn’t connect. I have raised a ticket and they said that they will initiate my refund within 10 days. then it postponed to April Last, Then to May 1st week, then to May 15. Now they are saying that they will initiate payment by June 10nth.
I need my refund from them.
