Text of Complaint by Vikas:

My name is vikas upadhyay there was an emi which was due on 5th july and it was in auto debit mode process so there was sufficient balance in my account so i didn’t notice and suddenly on 10july i receive an text message that emi gets overdue i call immediately and talk to zest money employee and she said this is zest money fault sir you don’t worry air nothing extra charges will be deducted and i paid immediately on that call
The i call again after some days i didn’t receive my interest cashback
Then they are saying sir you will get your refund now they are saying sir you will not get because you paid late after due date

Sir i have proof that they told me that you will get refund and the most important thing they didn’t communicate me anything regarding overdue even about there policy

I want my interest cashback
