I’m following up with Zest money app for closing of my account since I can’t able to use just money in any of the apps like Flipkart Amazon Myntra etc so I decided to close the account so that it removes from my CIBIL but Zest money is not allowing me to close the account not they are rectifying the problem whenever I call them they always says the maintenance work is going on. This is happening since like 1 year but till now the problem is not solved either they are permanently removing my account based on my account request given. I request government authorities to take and severe action against these type of fraud companies so that other consumers may not get affected.
