Zest money made an error in my CIBIL Report. So I tried contacting them. However I could not. Hence I took an alternate customer care number from Google. This was a fraud. He asked me my mobile number and the OTP to sign in to my account to see what happened in my cibil report. Then he redeemed Amazon coupon worth 48,000. Immediately after this I got a call from another person. He told me that it was an error. To cancel those coupons he wanted the coupon codes. I sent the coupon codes. However, I immediately realized it was a fraud. Then I deleted the messages and contacted Zest. They told me that since it was redeemed from my account they would not cancel the vouchers. So I added the coupons to my Amazon pay wallet. After continuous conversations with Zest, they assured me some assistance. I paid 2 instalments. Now they are saying that they would not assist me and I have to pay. This fraud has recently pinged me again. I have his number as well. Please help me and Zest is also a crime partner here. A lot of customers have made complaint. But still they don’t help us. It is because of them that I had to go through all this.
