Dear team,
I am holding the RBL supercard and not using from last 2years though i was paying the minimum due amount with miss a single time, I was having the outstanding amount of 43656INR, so i paid the complete amount. After that i asked for Card closure by sending the mail to supercardservice@rblbank.com. Again they asked me to pay 1475 INR and i paid that amount as well.
Now i see new bill is generated and they are asking me pay it again 2990INR. I am tired of sending the mail to close my account and to get the NOC but no response and RBL is billing and collecting the amount.
