After product delivery on 24th Feb 2021. Received call from executive informing the carpenter will assemble product on 27th Feb 2021, which did not happen.

After my first complaint here, got another call from another executive informing that the assembly for sure will happen on 5th March 2021. And no one has come to assemble the product yet !!!

1. Request to let know if it’s expected from the customer to do the assembly themselves or to get it done from outside? Would like to stress to you on the fact that the product is basically useless unless assembled.
