My number is 9007747423 and my phone has zero network since yesterday. It is continuously on emergency calls. I have not been able to receive/make calls, neither can I transfer money as I am not receiving otp which is unacceptable specially now when we are in dire need of money and contact with one another.
Upon reaching out to Airtel over email, I received a response saying that my email ID is not registered so I have to call them on 121 and register it. Well the point is, I cannot call because I have no network. They have refused to help.
