Text of Complaint by Sheetal Pramod Shinde:

Since there is zero network, I am not able to make or receive calls and use internet.

I only get missed call sms.

As am a prepaid customer, my prepaid recharge is exhausted without using. And my phone battery dies every 4 hrs searching for network.

I have made several complaints and sent emails, but Airtel does not respond.
