I need to shift my connection from basement to first floor in the same building at the same address I have followed all the required procedure and requested to the airtel team by telephonically as well as through airtel app but there is no action has been taken yet , although the persons answering the calls are totally manner less and not ready to listen to the customer problem and responding like they are not bonded to the assigned task
