I have booked one Q11 pro smart watch in their online site in facebook. The product in sealed condition i have received on 5/12/2019. After paying the amount of Rs-990/= i have opened the packing in front of the courier guy and found a ordinary watch. I told him to return but he refused to take back and ask me to make a return complain to the authority. They will collect it. I have severally called the no in the parcel box. But nobody turned on and cut my phone.
