I bought a tv from zefo on 5th September. Faulty tv delivered after 20 days. Customer service unresponsive.
Technical team came to check the tv after one month and agreed that the tv is faulty and picked up TV. Ordered a replacement tv this was never delivered.
It has been more than 2 months since I have paid the money and no TV or refund is received. I need a working tv or my money back with 2 months interest and compensation.
I have been calling and emailing these people almost daily and nobody seems to care about my money or my product
