On 3rd July, I saw zeenazshop ad on YouTube, it said there was exciting offer on clothes i.e. Buy 2 get 1 free that too at cheap price. For checking the quality, I ordered an INAAYAT GULABI CHIFFON FLORAL SUIT (Small size), completed all process required and made the payment (to Payu Payments Private Limited) of ₹259/- (03/07/2023 11:07 pm) for standard delivery instead of urgent one(i.e. the next day). After confirmation of payment, the screen showed the tracking and shipping details will be notified to me through my said email ID. I waited for the delivery, but it has already been 7 days now and still I haven’t received any message or mail or response from their side regarding shipment or delivery. Today I checked that site from my Google history, but it didn’t open and showed nothing saying that it is not available, then more shockingly I got to know about that zeenazshop has frauded many people at the same time and in same way. So I am putting a complaint here hoping you guys help me in getting my refund and take strict action against such fraudsters and prevent others from this scam.
