Hi Team,

i subscribed to Zee5 through airtel shop on april 11th, but till today i didnt get my subscription and there is no response from the airtel team regarding the same. when i reached out to zee5 support , they asked to reach out to airtel team.

please help me to get my money back. please find the below screen shot for payment and confirmation message on the purchase.
