Online I purchased for rs 499 on 1st May 2021 zee5 package to view the channels on my tv using my mobile no and email id gopalanak@gmail.com (Google ac). As per their instructions I downloaded the zee5 package on my smart tv ,on clicking I am supposed to get some code that is to be typed in my smartphone to link my smartphone to tv. Same Google id I am using in my smart tv. I am unable to link my smartphone to Android tv. Many complaints through email to their support team have not yielded any solution. I want the refund.
