I bought Zee5 annual subscription on 3rd June, 2023 for Rs.699. Now they have banned Sony television from viewing their content.
I asked them to REFUND the subscription fees as they are unable to provide service.
To which they denied & asked me to buy Amazon Firestick or Google Chromecast to view their content in my Sony television.
Why should I buy these gadgets paying extra money? They have stopped providing services to Sony television so EITHER they should REFUND my money OR they should buy me these gadgets to avail their services on my Sony television.
This is a fraud company who has STOLEN the subscription fees by NOT PROVIDING any service.
