I upgraded to 1099 plan because it provided Zee5 service, but Zee5 blocked now though given on 999 plan. No response to frequent complaints. Pl refund extra paid & convert my landline to 999 plan which has better features. IVRS does not allow contact with care agent so no way to convey my problem
