We had taken up zee learn franchise for asansol location. They took around 2 lacs from us as franchise fees and 5.35 lacs as kit fees.. even after several requests and reminders they had just sent few kit items and empty boxes of tabs. We had written 36 mails to them on support issue. In oct 2021, they terminated our agreement illegally and even without any notice though as per their agreement clause they have stated a 60 days notice in pint 15.5 post that they had sent us a mail assuring us of the full refund but they didnt.. cheated all our hard earned money.
